Ways to Destress

Everyone knows that life isn't always easy and you have those moment when you are just stressed  out. Sometimes all I want to do is just curl up in my bed and watch some movies and ignore the rest of the world and all of my responsibilities but I can't do that all the time. So here are some ways to destress and relax. 

Drink you favorite tea (green tea) - I love tea and and it always calms me especially chamomile.  But green tea can help with anxiety and help you relax.

Listen to music - Music is a great way to unwind and relax. Sometimes just hearing an amazing song can help uplift your spirits. 

Get a massage - This is always a good opposition when it comes to relaxing. 

Exercise - Blowing off some steam with exercising is a great way to get rid of all of that tension. 

Taking a hot bath or shower - Lighting a few candles and sitting in a hot bath is just amazing!

Treat yourself - One thing that always  cheers me up is shopping. When you are feeling stressed treat yourself whether that be a bag that you have been  eyeing or  an amazing dinner.  

Color/ Draw - I love drawing and when I just need to give my mind a break drawing always one thing I can count on to help. 

Take a Deep Breath - Taking a deep breath can release tension. 

Yoga/ Meditation - Just like deep breathing yoga and meditation can help relieve tension and improve your stress level.
