Things You Should Avoid Before Bed

There are some things you should never do before going to bed. I know from experience what a no no before bed time like watching a scary movie. Here are some other things you should avoid before going to bed.

Spicy Foods - Eating spicy foods before going to bed can give you indigestion and heartburn.

Caffeine - Caffeine before bed can keep you up all night.

Exercise - Exercising before bed can keep you heart rate up making it hard to go to sleep.

A lot of Water - Drinking a lot of water can keep you up all night because every 5 minutes you will need to get up and go to the bathroom. 

Scary Movies - Watching a scary movie before bed is not the best idea. You will definitely have nightmares and not be able to sleep.

Lots of Sugar -  Too much sugar before bed can make you feel jittery and keep you up.
